Processors of the organisation

The organisation's preparers are:

operators of postal and courier services,
providers of specialised consultancy services (e.g. accounting, legal, technical, organisational, economic, business, auditing, expert, interpreting, tax consultancy, etc.),
providers of web hosting, server and cloud services,
operators of order picking and packing services,
operators of social networking platforms that may provide connectivity services to the entity, e.g. connections from social networking platforms to the organisation's platforms,
operators of other business platforms that may advertise their products and services through the organisation's platforms and with which the entity may choose to register, regardless of the extent of the business relationship between such operator and the organisation,
operators of other websites that advertise the Organisation's products and services on their websites,
providers of payment services, identity verification services, credit service providers, etc,
providers of other technical services to the organisation,

and their subcontractors ("chain processors") who are subject to the same rules as our primary processors, but only if one of the following conditions is met:

it is necessary to engage a third party as a service provider in order to fulfil any arrangement that the organisation has entered into with the entity (e.g. order picking and packing, sending a package by courier service, processing a bank transfer, etc.), 
as part of pre-contractual negotiations and to prepare for the expectation of entering into an arrangement under point (a),
as part of an organisation's or entity's evaluation system (e.g. www.heureka.cz),
for the purpose of using analytical information, also in cooperation with search service providers who assist the organisation in improving and optimising their platforms (e.g. Google Analytics),
where the subject is explicitly required to do so (e.g. when using social media verification methods);
when distributing parts of our platforms for display on the websites of the organisation's business partners,
when necessary to establish, establish, exercise or defend legal claims and/or when required by a generally applicable law and/or in the good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to enable the organization to respond appropriately to claims against the organization, in legal proceedings, in the enforcement of any agreements with users or members of the organization, in the event of a public health emergency, death or physical injury to a person, as part of an investigation, to protect the rights, property or personal safety of the organization, its users or members, or others
