The regulation of the protection of personal data pursuant to this Notice is based on Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on Certain Information Society Services, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), effective as of 25.05.2018, where you can find a broader description of the scope of rights and obligations in the protection of personal data in these legal regulations.

We only process and collect personal data collected from you. Personal data is any information that you provide to us about yourself or that is automatically generated by your online actions and on the basis of which you can be identified, most often your name, date of birth, place of residence, delivery address, other contact details including usually a telephone number, email address, IP address, MAC address, cookies, etc. We do not use any form of automated decision-making, including profiling of you.

The organisation only processes personal data for specific purposes based on legal grounds. We only pass your data to others (so-called processors) so that we can fulfil our mutual obligations, e.g. we pass your data to shipping companies so that it can deliver your order to you. We do not pass your data on to anyone outside the EU.

As a rule, we process your personal data for 10 years, in particular for the reason and in the manner according to the archiving period of the VAT Act or due to the expiration of consent, if granted.

You have the right to information, which also includes the right to access your personal data processed by us, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to be forgotten by the deletion of your personal data, the right to apply restrictions on processing for lawful reasons, the right to transfer your personal data elsewhere, to object to any processing and, of course, to withdraw your consent at any time, if granted. In the event that the organization sells or buys any part of a business plant or other similar asset, the organization may transfer or receive your data to the intended seller or buyer of such asset, and if the organization or any part of it is acquired by a third party, the data held by the organization or its users or members will be one of the transferred assets.
