Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending the newsletter
You hereby grant your consent to Gaudete s.r.o., with registered office at Horynova 2389/1, Prague 14900, ID 24679925, (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") to process the following personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"):
- name and surname
- email address
The above personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- contacting the customer by email (newsletter)
You consent to the processing for a period of 5 years for the following purposes:

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Data Controller, but personal data may also be processed by the following processors:

Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to the contact address info@audigo.cz with a request to opt out.
Please note that according to the Regulation you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, this withdrawal will result in the anonymization of the discussant information of your posts (by editing the privacy preferences in the footer of the site), or upon verbal request (letter, email) the complete deletion of your discussion posts,
- requesting the Administrator to tell you what personal data it processes about you,
- request access to your personal data processed by the Controller and request a copy of it,
- in the case of automated personal data, the portability of the personal data,
- to have your personal data processed updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on its processing,
- request the company to erase your personal data, unless it is personal data that the Controller is obliged or authorised to process further under the relevant legislation,
