Use

• Always start using a small amount, ideally at night. An adaptation period is necessary when using the product with retinol.
• After using the essence or serum, massage a small amount into the skin. Apply evenly to the face, neck and areas where wrinkles appear.
• Limit initial use to 3 times a week, gradually increasing frequency to every other night.
  
  • RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY OF USE
    - 1st - 2nd week  
    Frequency of use 3 times a week, then twice a week - ideally at night. Recommended amount 0.1 ml.
    - Week 3
    Can be applied 1 x daily (ideally at night).

NOTE

• The cream contains retinol - always follow with SPF30 or more sunscreen for daily use!
