Contains 77% of Heartleaf extract (Houttuynia Cordata or Heartleaf) known for its powerful soothing, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, making this toner an ideal choice for sensitive and irritated skin.
It balances the skin's pH and protects the skin barrier from external aggressors.
It also contains Betaine, an amino acid that helps maintain skin hydration and smoothness.
Panthenol has moisturizing, soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.
